Free Crochet Amigurumi Pattern
This bunny amigurumi was inspired by my two year old daughter who is currently obsessed with everything bunny and everything rainbow. She carts little bunnies all around our house, including stuffed animals and ceramics. Bianca would make the perfect Easter gift, or could be displayed as Easter décor. The pattern is in table format to make it as clear as possible. Pictures are included as well for clarity.

Rainbow Belly: I used medium weight yarn in white, cyan, yellow, orange, peach, and pink and a 3.0mm crochet hook. The first chain of each ring counts as a stitch. Attach next color to the top of the chain in the previous ring. Feel free to use whatever colors you prefer!
Round | Instructions | sts |
1 – White | in mr ch 2 and make 7hdc, FO, but leave as a semi circle | 8 |
2 – Cyan | attach cyan yarn (see note above), ch 2, 6hdc inc, hdc, FO | 14 |
3 – Yellow | attach yellow yarn, ch 2, (1hdc, hdc inc)*6, hdc, FO | 20 |
4 – Orange | attach orange yarn, ch 2, (2hdc, hdc inc)*6, hdc, FO | 26 |
5 – Peach | attach peach yarn, ch 2, (3hdc, hdc inc)*6, hdc, FO | 32 |
6 – Pink | attach pink yarn, ch 1, (4sc, inc)*6, sc, FO | 38 |
7 – White | attach white yarn, ch 1, sc in each st around (38), then sc evenly across the bottom to form a clean border. I did 20 sts across the bottom, approximately 10 per side of the rainbow. slst to first st, FO and leave long tail. | 58 |

Attach cyan yarn to the top loop of the chain of the white ring.

Form sc evenly across the bottom of the rainbow. A good rule of thumb is 1 st for each sc row and 2 for hdc rows. I did 20 sc approximately 10 on each side of mr. Typically you would add 3 sc to go around each corner, but I didn’t do this because I wanted the rainbow to curve around the bunny’s body.

Tail: Using white medium weight yarn, make a pom pom. Wrap yarn firmly around cardstock or cardboard multiple times. Remove cardstock. Tie securely around bundle, leave this tail long for securing the pom pom to the bunny’s body. Cut through all loops, and trim to desired size.
Assembly:

Gather all components.
I placed two stitch markers between rounds 2 and 3 and marked the 6 stitches I would be using to join each ear to the head. You can use disappearing ink for this, but I just had a washable marker on hand. Next remove the stitch markers and stitch the ears to their corresponding spots. Wait to weave in the ends until you’re sure you like the placement.
Next, determine placement for the rainbow belly, secure it in place and stitch it on.
Mark placement for the arms. I like to pin them on first to make sure I like where they are before I stitch them on. I placed mine in line with the back of the ears and ended up securing them between rounds 16 and 17.

Mark placement for the legs like you did for the arms and stitch in place. mine span the rounds 27 to 29 with 10 sts between across the back.

Stitch on the pom pom tail. I Put mine on rounds 26 and 27 between the two legs.

Weave in all your ends securely. Your adorable bunny is complete. Drop me a comment below or a question if anything was unclear. If you liked this pattern please give me a share on social media and pin it on pinterest. Enjoy your little creation!
